I think if I had these ingredients around the house (escarole and lobster?), I would have a plan for what to do with them, without needing these recipes. The recipes are interesting, but I would expect an article with this title to feature entire meals made with things one is likely to have in one's pantry on any given day. I really didn't expect recipes that would require a special trip to the grocery store and the addition of 1 or 2 other dishes to make a complete meal. I had thought this might features something time-saving, but apparently not.

Misleading title, most of these are not meals... especially plain gnocchi ... who would eat that by itself for dinner?
