Love the idea of the beer floats. I know it's not GF but I still love the chocolate stout with Vanilla ice cream. The best! Instead of grilled chocolate sandwiches with bread; I make (or buy) fresh made corn tortillas and fill them with chopped chocolate and a sprinkle of crunchy turbinado sugar. Grill on the stovetop until melty. They are divine and GF:)
