Thanksgiving dinner has come and gone—you've gobbled down the turkey, stuffings, sides, and rolls. The pie has been taken down. And the multiple vegetable mashes that graced the table yesterday, well, now they're staring at you expectantly from a big bowl in the fridge. So do them a little justice and rather than heating up a scoop or two to use as a gravy vessel, get creative with what's leftover and try one of these post-holiday meals instead:
