All look luscious, but only the Pine Nut Brittle, macaroons and Chocolate Bark would be kosher, unless served after a meatless meal. A bowl of chicken soup with matzoh balls, brisket....followed by gelato? Not so much.

Thanks amysarah -- you bring up a great point. Both rhubarb recipes and the chocolate mousse (assuming you use dark chocolate without added milk, as we did) are also dairy-free, if you skip our garnishes. We just can't seem to help ourselves with those creamy garnishes, but they're entirely unnecessary. Note too that the brittle calls for butter -- so don't plan on that one, if you intend to have a kosher meal with meat.
