Add dashes of Hot sauce, lime & salt. Sip Cervaza. Perfect!!! And it comes in it's own bowl!!!!

Try adding truffle salt to your avocado. This combination is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Our guacamole is simply those two ingredients. SPread it on toast, use it with chips. You will be converted.

Slice nicely ripened avocado in half. Stand near sunny window, spoon in one hand, salt shaker balanced on window sill. Lightly salt cut side surface of avocado. Slide spoon into soft flesh taking bite size pieces. Eat. Enjoy the view. Continue to eat until you can no longer see the salt. Resalt. Continue eating. Forget your promise that you would save the other half of avocado for someone else.

I do the same but fill the seed hole with some vinegar and olive oil and eat with a spoon.

I love eating avocado instead of butter on bread with a dash of salt. It's something I picked up in Chile where avocado is widely popular on everything! It's my favorite thing in the world.
