I make a no-sugar added (except for dried fruit & natural sweetness from juice) & low fat (1-3 tsp of oil) granola/muesli that is my DH's favorite breakfast. This looks good - I will try making this too.

I don't eat breakfast every morning (I know about its importance), but when I do, I have low fat plain Greek yogurt, blueberries and granola. I recently started making my own granola and I use one tablespoon of oil and some applesauce and it's delicious and gets crunchy as long as you mix a few times while baking.
