Just a pinch.
Tiny and delicate, these white porcelain salt cellars are thinly-walled and have a pretty scalloped and ridged shape. A small blue anchor is painted on the inside base of each cellar. They're useful to have around the kitchen for when you need a pinch of salt for cooking, but we like them best instead of salt shakers on our tabletop.

Meet the Maker
Art et Manufacture
Edith Bourgault discovered ceramics out of the blue, but was so impacted by the craft that she immediately became a ceramic artist. Her collection, Art et Manufacture, gives ordinary objects a decorative edge, without ever losing sight of their original modern, utilitarian look. We think her pieces strike the perfect balance of art and industry.

So twee!
These little guys are too cute - so dainty & delicate. I was going to use one for a stove-side salt cellar while cooking, but it’s just too delicate for that kind of quick work. However, I’m sure I‘ll use them for table-side salt & pepper, or somewhere else like a jewelry catch.
Quaint
They are as pictured. They appear handmade as one is not level but still usable. They are quite useful for many purposes including salt. I like them!
