Made by hand by a potter in Brooklyn, these wheel-thrown bowls are unique in every way—from shape to color. We love the deep blue (nicely soothing for fall, right?), and also that no one else will have the same ones.

Kim Gilmour grew up in rural New Hampshire, and the inspiration for her work comes from the beauty and imperfection of the natural world. After moving to Brooklyn and starting to work with pottery, she decided to open her own shop. Now based in Hudson Valley, New York, everything she creates is organic and abstract, but also completely functional. Each piece is either hand-built, thrown on an electric wheel, or a combination of both.
