If all fruit tasted like this, we'd eat a lot more fruit.
These natural and versatile fruit sugars are hand-crafted with organic cane sugar and rich, warm-flavored strawberries, rich, bright-tasting raspberries, and intensely fruity blackberries. Use the sugar in beverages, over ice cream or even scattered over meats like prosciutto. It's also an essential addition to your baking pantry to add sparkle and complexity to baked goods.

Meet the Maker
Salt Traders
Ipswich, MA
When Didi Davis acquired Salt Traders in 2008, she already had a prolific culinary career under her belt: she started training in 1972, opened her own cooking school in 1982, then quickly discovered a love of writing and moved on to penning cookbooks and developing recipes. When she returned to running her own cooking school in 2003, she constantly found herself hunting for fine, artisanal ingredients to use in lessons. On one trip to Paris, she discovered flavored salt and got to work blending her own. We're grateful that her (delicious) winding path eventually led her to helping us season our dishes better.

Little flavor
Had high hopes for this. Sprinkled on warm cookies, it disappeared. OK. Try again. Sprinkled on cooled cookies. No detection of flavor. This, right after purchase. Gave one package to a friend. She used it in coffee. No added flavor. A waste. Threw out the remainder.
