This distinctive natural board made of black slate is the ideal backdrop for cheese, charcuterie, and hors d'oeuvres. Hand-sourced from a family quarry in upstate New York, each board has its own organic nuances, and round edges and anti-slip padded feet are just the right details to make the board both utilitarian and elegant. It also comes with a soapstone chalk to write cheese names right on the slate and is packaged in a burlap bag. It would be a memorable gift, but you may end up keeping it for yourself.
