It's hard to look at the French company's picturesque cast iron and ceramic wares and not daydream about the *magnifique* things you'll make in them. Staub specializes in enameled cast iron cookware made in Alsace, which makes for superior browning and heat retention (perfect for those hours-long braises). The pieces work hard, but they’re pretty enough to go straight from stovetop/oven to the table. They take on a variety of shapes and colors, but we're partial to the cocottes with a deep blue hue and brass knobs exclusive to our Shop.

Perfection
As soon as it arrived I when shopping for a whole chicken, rubbed the chicken down with seasoning and baked. It did not disappoint, the chicken was so moist, so tender just like promised. I really couldn't be more pleased. Everyone should have one of these pans and it cleans up so easily. I can already see this pan will be used a lot, chicken anyone!
