It’s fry day.
Frying gets better with this double handled pan—simple as that. Made of cast iron, the pan holds steady, even heat distribution so the temperature won’t drop as you cook. The enameled black interior includes tiny bits of the mineral quartz, which means better browning and therefore better chicken breasts, potatoes, bacon, and anything else you want crisp on the stovetop. Choose from graphite, black matte, and grenadine.

Meet the Maker
Staub
France
It's hard to look at the French company's picturesque cast iron and ceramic wares and not daydream about the *magnifique* things you'll make in them. Staub specializes in enameled cast iron cookware made in Alsace, which makes for superior browning and heat retention (perfect for those hours-long braises). The pieces work hard, but they’re pretty enough to go straight from stovetop/oven to the table. They take on a variety of shapes and colors, but we're partial to the cocottes with a deep blue hue and brass knobs exclusive to our Shop.

Had to get this one too1
The 12" brazer was so fantastic I had to get this too. Love the design and product quality. It seasons beautifuly and then heats evenly and becomes non- stick like my Mom's old cast iron skillet. It's easy to clean and maintain its surface. Like the brazer the handles make it "oven friendly" which skillets usually aren't.
