How did I live without these?
I started with the all stainless (also great), they became so useful and such an integral part of my meal prep I decided a needed a second pair....especially if I needed a pair of shears for raw meat/raw meat packages as well as for herbs etc. during the same mealtime prep. I got the red to distinguish the two and to keep from cross-contaminating the ingredients.
