Meet your new go-to—a sturdy, forged aluminum, PFOA-free nonstick pan you can use on any stovetop, whether electric, gas, or induction. It's extra durable, thanks to a coating of water-based lacquer (eggs slide right off too). The handle stays cool while you cook, and the rim's specially designed to make pouring easy and dripless. Oh, and after all that? It’s a breeze to wash with a sponge. This fan-favorite has a new, only-here look: an all-grey getup with a brushed brass endcap (we can’t stop staring).
This workhorse has a PFOA-free multilayer DuraSlide Granite nonstick coating—which, by the way, is roughly 40 times more durable than traditional PTFE coatings—along with a magnetic base that makes it induction-compatible. Its abrasion-resistant, water-based lacquer is safe to use with metal utensils, too (but we recommend reaching for wood or silicone to prolong its lifespan).
