Made in Germany this kit includes an adjustable slicing mold, a 12" serrated baker's knife and an 11" cake lifter. The adjustable slicing mold is designed to fit around cakes up to 11" in diameter and features evenly spaced slots that allow for precision slicing layers. Once the layers have been sliced, simply use the cake lifter to neatly lift each layer to frost and then restack.
