Keep Calm and Scoop On

We here at Food52 consider ice cream a work of art, so naturally we needed a scoop worthy of our masterpieces (of late, our test kitchen has been churning out a Thai coconut lemongrass flavor!). We instantly fell for this solid brass ice cream scoop, which feels weighty in hand and scoops the most frozen of ice creams with ease. And we won’t be hiding this beauty away when not in use--we’ll be displaying it proudly on our open shelves.
