Design Flaw
I bought 3 of these, 2 as gifts and one for myself and they are beautiful. Sadly though, they are not at all functional. The hole in the bottom is too large and there is no support so the coffee filter breaks. Every. Single. Time. I want to love this item and I’ve tried over and over using different techniques, less water, more slowly, different brands of filters, but nope. If there’s some other trick, or the design gets fixed I’d love to know.
