Fry without fear.
As much as we love the idea of homemade fried chicken, doughnuts, and pan-fried steak, the thought of cleanup duty (all those oil splatters!) always makes us pause before pulling out the frying pan. But Frywall, a soft, BPA-free silicone cone that fits right inside the rim of your pot or pan to keep food contained, is letting us fry without fear. It essentially acts as a heavy-duty splatter guard that keeps grease from hitting your stovetop, but still allows steam to escape freely, so you can achieve the perfect burger sear or crispy fritters, minus the mess. Plus, the design gives you continuous access to your food while you cook, and it catches that extra fine oil mist, unlike a traditional splatter screen.
Frywall’s also great for catching spatters from a bubbling red sauce and provides extra wall space for piling in a large mess of greens that need to cook down. When you’re done, toss it in the dishwasher for easy cleanup, then roll it up into a compact sleeve for space-saving storage. It comes in 3 sizes: one that fits a 8” fry pan, one for a 10” fry pan, and one that fits a 12” fry pan. You can also buy a set that includes all 3 (and psst—now they're color-coded so you know with just a quick glance which size you need).
