Beautiful jar
The finish on this jar is a beautiful grey, almost blue, oyster-ish sheen that is gorgeous to look at--not at all the mat black that I had expected--and I love it! It came amazingly well-packed and feels incredibly sturdy once out of the packaging. I've only just started my first fermentation with it, but it was easy to use (hopefully used correctly by me). I can't wait to see how the vegetables turn out!
Gorgeous and it works too!
Im a chef who just dipped her toe into counter top fermentation with this gorgeous handmade crock. Pull out the plugs now because I’m a devotee! Plus its made by a local Berkeley artisan. My dill pickles, kimchi and spicy carrots all turned out deliciously!
