Founder François-Xavier Delmas has been touring the world's tea plantations for more than 25 years -- he's intimate with the suppliers and knows exactly what the best signature teas are to offer his customers. For those who want to be in the know, Palais des Thés also runs classes on tea, and have published The Tea Drinkers' Handbook, one of the most renowned books on tea.
