Beautiful pan!
Gorgeous pan! I cannot wait to use it! I cook veggies all the time so I treated myself to the best pan to cook them on ;).

I saw a photo of Samin Nosrat using one of these to roast beets and went on an online mission to find the exact roaster as I thought it was gorgeous. Of course, it was here at food52 all along! I've used it numerous times for roasting various veggies and it truly is fabulous PLUS looks fab on the table when you serve. It's no bargain, but I figure I'll have it forever and it's such a well made piece to add to that!
Pricy but beautiful.
The quality is great. It is a beautiful piece. It was carefully packed in wood shavings when shipped. I am contemplating to buy a large one later.
