Zen and the art of cake.

Inspired by the water lotus’s symmetrical shape, this cast aluminum bundt pan invokes images of sitting on the banks of a calm pond—with a slice of cake in hand, of course. This pan turns out a smaller cake than most of Nordic Ware’s other bundt pans, perfect for a 5-cup mix, or about half of a full bundt recipe. The cast aluminum means cakes rise evenly and develop a uniform, golden crust every time, and the nonstick coating makes for easy-to-release cakes (and breezy cleanup) every time.
