Ordered 2 and both came damaged
I love the function on these however the powder coating was chipped off in multiple places on the frame from shipping. Despite foam, plastic, and cardboard, they are delicate. Disappointing from a quality perspective.
nice size and shape
I bought two of these for my bedroom, one for towels, one clothes. They're not too big/not too small, and they're attractive, which is nice because they're not hidden behind a closet door. I like that the bag is removable & washable (velcro). The frame is solid and has pads on the bottom to prevent scratching the floor. If you fill it up to the top, it's hard to bring the handles together all the way, that's the only drawback, but if you fill it just short of the top, it's pretty easy to carry. The white paint was slightly chipped in certain areas, but small enough so that I didn't feel the need to exchange them, but still . . . I think the hampers should arrive in as good a condition as possible. Maybe Food52 can work on that!
