Who says coasters are just for cocktails? These felted Merino wool coasters were specifically designed for Bavarian beer mugs—in Bavaria, coasters of all kinds are called “bierfilzl,” or “beer felt.” And for good reason: These coasters are thick-cut, naturally water-resistant, and extremely durable. Plus, they’re just so cozy, and add a touch of warmth to any coffee table. They may have been designed for beer, but we’re using them for all our drinks.
