Directions for use:

Pull off top handle to fill base with peppercorns.
Push handle back onto base, but not fully flush with the base. The white mechanism on the base should be partially exposed.
Turn handle to the right to grind and use wheel on bottom of the base to adjust coarseness.

To clean, wipe with a dry cloth.

Love it but...

I’m so happy with this beautiful product. Gives a nice fine grind and looks incredible. I am super disappointed in Food52 however in their choice of packaging. I was able to fit TWO shoe boxes in the one box that the food mill arrived in. I hope they can be more environmentally conscious in the future.

Lovely and Works Beautifully

I have been searching for a pepper mill that not only looks beautiful but functions properly for a long time. It looks perfect in my kitchen as well as grinds pepper easily! The one I received did have a small aesthetic flaw and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
