Whip it.
Leave it to the folks at GIR to design a completely new whisk… and make us wonder what we’ve been doing for all these years using other whisks. Most whisks have 8 or 10 wires; this whisk has 12 evenly spaced wires, which create more air more quickly as you whip, whether you’re making whipped cream, scrambled eggs, or vinaigrettes—or even cookie dough (yes, this baby can handle thick batters). The silicone handle has a fancy design, too, making it easy to grip from any angle. This set includes both a mini 8-inch whisk and a larger 11-inch whisk, the perfect size for whatever you’re whipping up.
