Staub
France
It's hard to look at the French company's picturesque cast iron and ceramic wares and not daydream about the *magnifique* things you'll make in them. Staub specializes in enameled cast iron cookware made in Alsace, which makes for superior browning and heat retention (perfect for those hours-long braises). The pieces work hard, but they’re pretty enough to go straight from stovetop/oven to the table. They take on a variety of shapes and colors, but we're partial to the cocottes with a deep blue hue and brass knobs exclusive to our Shop.

Great pan
This pan is good size and is enameled cast iron so heat distributed evenly. And with the domed glass lid with the corchon ornament it is great.
Love it!
I have a pig themed kitchen and this wonderful piece is the star sitting on the stove top at all times. Cooks quickly and evenly and washes beautifully.
