very delicate
This grill topper is great for preventing small veggies or even fish falling through the grill, but don't think about flipping anything. It scratches so easily with the softest of spatulas - and given that it's used on the bbq, I don't feel comfortable using the silicone spatulas with the heat. Sadly, even the non-scratch sponge used for cleaning scratches the nonstick off. I guess it's good for a season. oh well.
