Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. 2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as it will shorten the life of the nonstick on your pan and produce discoloration on exposed aluminum surfaces. However, this discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking. 3. Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils, sharp knives and scouring pads will scratch the nonstick on your pan and are not recommended.

Perfect except for the scratches.

Nordic Ware never disappoints, but the reason why I gave it only 4 star is because it came scratched on all 4 corners of the sheets, and since its a Gold color- it was pretty obvious. Still waiting to hear back from customer service.

Don’t waste your $

These cookies sheets look pretty on line, but arrived with so much of the finish scratched off, and banged up. The packaging was horrific. I’ve ordered other items from this company, and have been quite pleased, but these are an absolute NO!
