Oddly perfect
This is a perfect pan for my family. I love the stainless teel because it is easy to clean and it fits perfectly in the space that I have. It is perfect for pasta as well.
a perfect pan/pot/everything
So I got this because I just wanted it . It was so pretty! And it comes with a spoon! And we love risotto! Never mind that I already have an amazing collection of pots. And pans. And lots of other stuff for the kitchen. Nope. Had to get this. And immediately I used it to make a broccoli/sausage/tomato dish served with crusty bread for my kids. So here's the coolest thing about this pan: there's no super long handle to take up room in the cabinet. It works like a pot, with its two handles. But it cooks like a saute pan (but without that long handle). I am seriously considering retiring my All-clad saute pans (I have 2 of them) whose handles take up *so much* room in my drawer. This pan is crazy awesome and I might be in for a second and possibly a third. I cook for a crowd (3 teenaged boys, husband and often 2-6 friends over) and I can imagine three of these, filled with a starch, a veggie and a protien. WOWSER!
Perfect Pan
Beautiful functional pan of large quantity. I made Risotto in it first time. Washes beautifully, too. Thank you for the elegant long-handled spoon as bonus.
