I am completely in love!
I got this on a whim, knowing I needed a slightly larger dutch oven as I kept starting to make stews and things in my Staub one and I would have to transfer everything to an overly large one to make room. This was the right price so I bought it. Once it arrived, I was intrigued. I made one meal in it and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. The non stick is NO JOKE! It's magic! Then the other night I made some beef bourguignon in it and that sealed the deal. Nothing stuck, made mixing a breeze, light weight, and held all the food! I am not looking at getting rid of all my pans to replace with these too! Seriously the best purchase I have made!
So Light and Efficient
The color is sage green not blue. It is a very good workhorse. I have cooked in it each day since I received it and it is a dream. Clean up is especially easy. Thank you for this lightweight pan to use daily!
Perfect Dutch Oven
For many years, I have used a very heavy Le Creuset Dutch Oven. When I saw this one, I was a little skeptical of it, but decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! It is very lightweight. It cleans up beautifully. I will enjoy this Dutch Oven for years to come.
