Baking BFFs.
This bakeware comes from a legend in French baking, but that's not all that makes it special. We traveled all the way to France to work with Emile Henry and select these gorgeous hues. You'll see it here on your choice of an oval roaster—ready to bake, broil, and of course, roast its way straight to your heart (gratins be thy name)—as well as on a set of ceramic bakers that can do everything from veggies to lasagna (plus they nestle together for easy storage). The high-fired French Burgundy clay is specifically designed to work with gas and electric cooktops up to 930° F—plus it’s oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe.
