A must for delicate food
I don’t know how I’ve lived so long without these! A must-have for anything delicate you want to turn or transfer.

This is a cross between a pair of chopsticks and tongs. When I cook, I often use chopsticks for stirring, turning foods over, or just moving stuff around in the pan. I wish this was a bit longer, so my hand isn't so close to the cooking food--sometimes I'm hit by sizzling oil or sauce. Nevertheless, this is sturdy enough for picking up any sized morsel or scraping the pan after adding stock.
Not a secure hold, expensive
At $40 I’m expecting a well made and effective tool.
I’m dissapointed and wanted to warn others with a review.
When you pinch the tweezers, the pinchers tend to open up dropping whatever you were trying to hold. This happens all the time. I’m not sure why, but I’m guessing the metal end is too thin so while you apply pressure to pinch the tips closed, the tips push against each other and flex open.
The only way to use these is with extremely carefully applied pressure.
