Blow off some steam.
At long last, a pressure cooker we don’t need to tiptoe around. Did you forget the paprika? Oh, and the minced shallot too? The active lite tempered glass lid lets you open it during cooking without fear (‘cause we all want to peek in on our pot roasts anyway) and you don’t even need to release the steam first (that’s what that little valve is there for, see?). A diamond-hard base coating means it won’t chip or scratch.
