Bigger, better braising.
Vintage copper lends an easy, warm elegance to any home without all the stuffiness. This stunning collection of one-of-a-kind finds from Coppermill Kitchen has been well-loved for generations, and now you can only get it here at Food52. The first of its kind we've ever had, this large daubiere features heavy hand-cut and forged intricate handles with diamond cut keyhole tips for hanging on display. It has large copper rivets, unique dovetailed seams and an intricate pattern. Both the pan and lid are stamped with the initials "F.C." for its original owner. It was crafted circa 1850.
