Modern Bamboo Dinnerware (3-Piece Set)

So, I bought these for outdoor use. Nope, they are in full rotation in the house daily. They are sturdy, but near weightless. High sides on the dinner plates are really functional. There are a couple drawbacks, but the fact that we love them means we are willing to forgive. They are not great in the dishwasher, the sizes do not fit well in dishwasher. Not microwave friendly. And they are a bit porous, meaning if you let egg yolk dry on them you will need to scrub, they do not clean like porcelain would. Still, every day these are pieces we choose.

I turned over my kitchen product during the last few months not because of the previous products failed but wanted to renew. I wasn't sure about this dinnerware but decided to try it out so I bought 2 sets first then another 2 sets. Mine are gray, lightweight and large. The dinner plate has ample room to place almost anything in it from watermelon slices to a steak and vegetables. The bigger bowl I use for a salad meal or a rice dish. The small bowl for soups, cereals or a small salad. My utensils don't seem to harm the surface. I use my dishwasher to clean these items without problems. I did have a problem with shipping with one plate having a couple of small scuff marks, I didn't return the plate. Overall I really like the dinnerware.
