Great idea. Poor execution.
I was happy to find ceramic that is made in a country I feel safe purchasing from, so I took a gamble. This item looks great and has that heavy feeling that seems like good quality, but the lid will not seat properly unless I waste a bunch of time fiddling with it which is not something I care to do. Given the price of this item I am extremely disappointed. I am not wild about having to pay return shipping, and I don't even know yet if a return will be accepted. I understand that getting ceramic lids to sit properly is a challenge because of the nature of how ceramic is made, but that is what I thought I was paying for.

Lid doesn't fit properly
This isn't meant for steaming because it isn't oven proof or even able to sit on the stove? The lid rattles around and slides from side to side. The lid isn't secure or well fitted.
