A hot take on an old fave.
This undercover wonder looks (and feels) exactly like smooth-as-silk porcelain. But good news, it’s got all the heat-distributing cooking prowess of cast-iron. The heavy lid’ll keep all those flavors in for the long haul while the slick coating will ensure it cleans up quickly. Add this tailor-made steamer and you’ll find you have an unstoppable pair on your hands.

Beautiful enameled cast iron
My chef boyfriend and I were surprised by how quickly this heats and boils for such a large, study pot. It retains heat well and the enamel cleans easily with soapy water or baking soda paste for stains (red wine beef bourguignon!) Can transfer from stove top to oven. It's my favorite pot. :)
Excellent steamer
I like this steamer for vegetables, potatoes and tubers, and asian steamed buns / dimsum. It cleans easily with soapy water and fits perfectly in the matching cast iron pot.
