Float on.
Here in two handy sizes, these stainless steel infusers are primed for all your flavor-making tasks. Whether you just want a hearty cup of loose leaf tea (because it’s nice to control the strength of your steep) or a simple way to amp up your soup stock (just pack in any herb), that extra fine mesh will keep everything locked inside. It also works wonders for mulled ciders or spiced wine, too.

Mesh is too large
Useless for making tea as mesh is too large and many of the leaves end up in your cup or pitcher. Am using them for other things, but would not have bought them without the strong review of Food52.
Realy impressed!
Have been looking for an herb infuser with a really
good way to close the top. Fill, twist on cap & drop
in stew or soup or whatever. Doesn't come undone
when you take it out, Simple & great.
Thanks
