Limited Edition Dansk Kobenstyle Pastels

I fell in love with this pot when I saw it. It reminded me of a yellow enameled pot of my grandmother's and I had to have it. I love it-- so unique and pretty. I've cooked rice and lentils in it so far and used it to sauté some vegetables. I have not used it in the oven, but suspect it will fare just fine. Just. have to remember to not use metal utensils in it! Really pleased so far!

It is perfect! My mother has had an older version of this small sauce pot for 50 years. She received it as a wedding present. The wooden handle to hers broke off a few years ago after pretty much daily use. I am giving this new one to her for Christmas. She is absolutely going to scream with joy! Same golden color and all!! I received all three sizes in the three different colors and love them! The colors on the monitor looked more easter egg pastel and I'm not really into pastels but loved the pots so I ordered them. To my pleasant surprise the colors were slightly more muted powdered colors instead and I love them even more! I have a couple of vintage Dansk pieces and was concerned the quality might not be as good as the older stuff but again surprised to find that the quality if not the same it was almost better! I haven't cooked in them yet but have no concerns about when I do. Food52 also got them to me way sooner than I expected! Great job and love this website! Kathy F.
