As essential to any cookout -- and any steak, or any burger -- as a grill. Bonus points if you can get your guests to guess all 8 peppers.

I've been putting this on everything for several years now. The easiest way to up the taste and without any effort!
The best pepper ever
Food52 introduced me to Lior Sercarz and his spices, herbs and blends with the publication of The Art of Blending several years ago. This pepper has been a constant in my house ever since. I find it very flavorful, fresher than my peppermill’s output, 🤷🏻♀️ and adding zip to everything from salads to steaks. It has a touch of heat, so I use it sparingly, and am so thankful to have found it. Thanks Food52!
