Heavy but maybe that's a good thing?

The jury is still out. I've had a number of Epicurean products over the last few years but this is the first set of utensils. Cons: heavy and stout. They make an unusually loud noise against my Scanpans... like I'm swinging Thor's hammer. Seriously, they clang! I'm 5'10" and athletic build (i.e not petite) and the handles are large enough to feel a bit awkward and unwieldy. Pros: they truly are heavy and stout. I feel confident using them at high heat and do not worry about them breaking or splintering. Plus, they do claim to be dishwasher (top rack) safe which is always nice.
