This kit from Brooklyn Slate comes complete with all the fixings for your next wine and cheese soirée. The hand-carved wood cheese knife makes easy work of cutting soft cheeses and spreading, while the soapstone pencils let you easily label cheeses on the board. The all-natural slate board itself, which comes from a family-owned quarry in upstate New York, is impervious to fungus and mold and will last for years. (Did we mention it’s dishwasher safe?) Plus, food-grade mineral oil helps you maintain the slate’s integrity. Simply wipe with a drop or two of oil twice a year or as needed!
