Beautiful craftsmanship

I purchased this as a gift so I can't speak to how it will wear over time as a wine stopper, but the craftsmanship, packaging and whimsy of the product are topnotch! The size of the stopper looked smaller online (even though the site does a nice job of presenting the stopper in a bottle for scale), but that was a nice surprise. I shipped the stopper off to our American friend living in Scotland and I am sure it will be conversation piece once everyone can have people over again post-Covid 19 days. I love that I can find special locally-made gifts on Food52!
