It’s sporting a dreamy sage-blue hue, to be sure, but it’s much more than a pretty face. This one’s got a nonstick, PFOA-free (and metal utensil–friendly!) Thermolon ceramic interior, and it’ll shine on any cooking surface, including induction. Wanna take it from stovetop to oven? It can handle that, too...no blistering or peeling in sight.
