We’re not sure we’ll ever go back to standard cake pans, now that we’ve seen this darling lineup. It’s coming with three scalloped shapes—a 9.75-inch heart, a 10.25-inch round, and a 9.5-inch square. Pre-coated steel at a just-right thickness makes for extra-even baking, while the PFOA-free nonstick coating inside offers a clean release every single time. These are sturdy, too: They can stand up to a 450°F oven, no problem, then zip through the dishwasher right after. (Oh, and fun fact: They’re made in Italy.) Can’t decide what to whip up first?
