Poterie Renault

France
Poterie Renault got its start way back in 1847, when Stanislas Renault first opened his workshop in Argent-sur-Sauldre, France. Five generations and 173 years later, the family was still handcrafting their iconic stoneware from local grey clay. They’ve since had to close up shop—but we’re sure glad we have their timeless salt-glazed pieces to remember them by.

Love it!
My only complaint is that I wish it were twice the size as I tend to buy onions in 5-pound bags. But I knew that when I bought it.

Beautiful
This is a great idea for garlic except the garlic is often to big for the small jar. It feels like all things American are large, while France is an extra small, lol. Maybe their garlic is small too? Lol 😆

Beautiful and sturdy
This piece is wonderful for storing items that need a bit of airflow. It's very sturdy and looks beautiful on the kitchen countertop.
