Calling all cheeses.
Our cheeses have never been happier, and it’s all thanks to this storage hero. A collapsible take on the original Cheese Grotto, it gives your blues and Bries a climate-controlled home of their own, then comes apart (each piece is magnetic!) to save space when it’s done. The walls and shelves are birch—used for centuries to age fromage to perfection—while the clay brick inside helps keep the humidity just right. Oh, and about that compact size: It’s small enough to hop into the fridge, easy, but roomy enough to hold a pound of whatever you’ve got. And when it’s time for a snack? Slide up the plexiglass door, then pull the shelf right out—it doubles as a lil’ board for serving.
