Copper crew.
This shiny lineup had us at “copper cookware,” but it turns out there’s even more to love. Every pan here has an all-copper exterior, meaning it’s quick to heat and quick to cool for A+ temperature control. It’s all got a stainless-steel lining inside, too, so you can cook whatever you fancy. (You won’t ever have to re-tin these pieces, either—talk about no-fuss maintenance.) Oh, and let’s talk about the handles: They’re all made of cast iron, so they’ll stay cool for longer.
Everything here works on all cooking surfaces except for induction. (Psst...there’s an induction-friendly take on this collection, too.)
