Twist of fate.
To anyone who said a tree must have a star on top: Surely you never met this work of art. It’s hand-built stoneware, straight from the studio of Brooklyn-based ceramicist Virginia Sin (that explains its fanciful shape). Don’t forget to snag the matching ornaments.

SIN
Brooklyn, NY
SIN is a Brooklyn-based design company committed to bringing functional, handcrafted, and thoughtful designs for the home. Founder Virginia Sin grew up around ceramics, and revisited the medium after studying graphic design. Her design of her porcelain paper plate received media attention and won sustainability and design awards, and it's easy to see why. Her work is beautiful and useful—and we're not the only ones who think so, as her plates are also used to serve at Eleven Madison Park restaurant in NYC.
